Fibre-Tech Industries (UK) Ltd is pleased to announce that in March 2017 it completed the acquisition of Leardock Ltd, a precision engineering and component manufacturing company based in Royston, Hertfordshire.
This strategic acquisition provides the company with extensive component manufacturing capabilities in CNC turning, grinding and milling as well as state of art laser cutting and sheet metal forming. In addition to providing the business with around 85% of its own component requirements, it will continue to service and support a diversified existing customer base with precision engineered components and services.
